【高考考向】

高考书面表达的重点考察文体是书信。经常考的题型有邀请信、建议信、口头通知、申请信、投诉信和道歉信。学生已初步学习邀请信的写法，再做进一步讲解，让学生能紧扣要点，合理得体地完成邀请信内容的表达。

假定你是李华，想邀请外教Henry 一起参观中国剪纸(paper-cutting) 艺术展。请你给他写封邮件，内容包括：

1.展览时间，地点；   2.展览内容。

注意：1.词数100左右；2.以适当增加细节，以使行文连贯。

参考范文：

Dear Henry，

    I'm very delighted to write a letter to tell you something about Chinese paper-cutting exhibition, which will start on June 20 in our school lecture hall and last for a week．

As is well-known to us all, Chinese paper-cutting is famous all over the world and I'm sure you will be interested in it, so I plan to invite you to pay a close visit. The exhibition is a collection of works created by some famous paper-cutting artists in China. During the activity, I will show you around our school and this is a good chance for you to enjoy yourself and learn more about Chinese traditional culture．

      Would you please have a look at the exhibition with me? I'd appreciate it if you could accept my invitation. I'm looking forward to receiving your reply as soon as possible．

1) 活动时间、地点

   A grand anniversary is to be held  in celebration of（为了庆祝）its 100th birthday of our high school. As scheduled（计划；安排）, the celebration is due（预计发生于） from October 1st to 3rd, when / during which time our old classmates and schoolmates will get together and pay a visit to our school.

2) 活动内容

To ensure a satisfying celebration, many activities are in store for us to get involved in（参与）. During the daytime, a representative, on behalf of  / representing（代表） all schoolmates present, will deliver a speech showing our deepest appreciation to（表达我们最诚挚的感激）our school and teachers. 【学生学情分析】

学生在近期的写作中暴露的主要问题是学生在经历暑假之后，对基本书信格式等基本要求有所遗忘，邀请信内容表达句式欠缺，经常出现关键词单一、甚至误用的情况。

【建议变式练习】

你们班同学打算周六去爬香山。请给外教Chris写一封英文信，邀请他参加此次活动。具体内容如下：

1. 时间：8am—5 pm；      2. 集合地点：校门口；

3. 交通工具：公交车；      4. 携带物品：雨具，午餐，相机。

注意：1. 词数不少于100；

2. 可适当增加细节，以使行文连贯； 3. 开头和结尾已给出，不计入总词数。

【参考范文】

Dear Chris，      

    I’m writing to tell you that we intend to climb the Fragrant Hill this Saturday and I sincerely invite you to go with us on behalf of our class. 

    We are supposed to gather at the school gate and set out at 8:00 am. The bus will serve as our transportation. We will climb to the top of the hill and enjoy our picnic lunch there, so please take some food with you as lunch. At about 2:00 pm. we will go down the hill along another path and return to our school at about 5.00pm. You may equip yourself with a camera to record the beautiful scenery and an umbrella or a raincoat is also necessary in case you are caught in a rain. Please spare some time to join us.
