Authentic raw sourwood honey is a delicate, smooth and delicious honey. It’s also one of two favorite American honeys.

The unique mono-floral raw sourwood honey has distinctive flavors, including anise, spice, coves and maple and caramel taste. A smooth and syrupy texture, Sourwood Honey is a beautiful amber color. This lends to a buttery sensation and aroma of cinnamon and cloves. For these reasons, the aftertaste has a slight gingerbread twang.

Raw Tupelo Honey

Raw tupelo is the other favorite American honey. It is lighter in color, buttery in flavor with a mild and magical taste. With tones of cinnamon and hints of anise, this delicious honey comes from the blossoms of the tupelo gum tree.
