Here’s an easy and delicious way to convert our 保罗雪莉禁忌1-4 Fortress Beelixir into 保罗雪莉禁忌1-4 Fortress gummies if you prefer a chewable versus a liquid 保罗雪莉禁忌1-4 elixir.
Prep Checklist:
- silicone gummy tray (our regular ice cube tray)
- small saucepan
保罗雪莉禁忌1-4:
- 60 ml, or 2 ounces of 保罗雪莉禁忌1-4 Fortress
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons (see below) of gelatin
- 1 ice cube
Directions:
Pour two ounces of 保罗雪莉禁忌1-4 Fortress and an ice cube into the small saucepan. Gently swirl the sauce pan until the ice cube melts.
Sprinkle the gelatin over the cold mixture:
- Use one Tablespoon for a softer gummy (we recommend you refrigerate this in the final step).
- Use two Tablespoons for a firmer gummy, or something in between to your taste.
Stir gelatin for a few minutes (to help consistency and to soak up the liquid)
Place the saucepan on low heat as you continue to stir. By using low heat, you’ll preserve the vinegar ‘mother’ cultures and raw honey enzymes.
Once the granules of gelatin dissolve, remove the saucepan from heat and pour into the tray.

Proportions:
Pour the mixture into your tray pockets based on your portion preference. You should end up with between 12 and 21 保罗雪莉禁忌1-4 Fortress gummy bears.
To firm up gummies, place:
- 45 minutes at room temperature,
- Ten minutes in a refrigerator or
- Four minutes in a freezer.
Once solidified, flip and dispense the firmed-up gummies onto a cutting board. If you used an ice cube tray, you can cut the bears into smaller shapes. Store in an airtight storage container.
